Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) für Stornierungen und „No-Shows“ in Kias Kitchen:

1. Bei einem No-Show oder einer Stornierung innerhalb von weniger als 3 Stunden vor der reservierten Zeit wird dem Kunden eine Gebühr in Höhe von 35 Euro pro Person in Rechnung gestellt.

2. Stornierungsrichtlinie:

a. Kunden müssen ihre Reservierung mindestens 3 Stunden vor der reservierten Zeit stornieren, um von der Gebühr befreit zu werden.

b. Stornierungen müssen telefonisch oder per E-Mail erfolgen und vom Restaurant bestätigt werden, um gültig zu sein.

3. Zahlungsbedingungen:

a. Das Restaurant behält sich das Recht vor, rechtliche Schritte zur Einziehung ausstehender Gebühren einzuleiten, falls diese nicht fristgerecht beglichen werden.

4. Zustimmung:

Durch das Tätigen einer Reservierung im Restaurant erklärt sich der Kunde ausdrücklich mit diesen AGB einverstanden und erkennt an, dass das Nichterscheinen zu einer Reservierung oder eine verspätete Stornierung zu einer No-Show-Gebühr gemäß diesen Bedingungen führen kann.

 5. Anwendbares Recht:

a. Diese AGB unterliegen den Gesetzen des Landes Österreich.

6. Kontaktinformationen:

Bei Fragen oder Bedenken bezüglich dieser AGB oder zur Stornierung von Reservierungen können Kunden das Restaurant unter info@kiaskitchen.org erreichen. Mit dem Abschluss einer Reservierung im Restaurant bestätigt der Kunde, dass er diese AGB gelesen, verstanden und akzeptiert hat.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for Cancellations and No-Shows at Kias Kitchen:

1. In case of a no-show or cancellation within less than 3 hours of the reserved time, the customer will be charged a fee of 35 euros per person.

2. Cancellation Policy:

a. Customers must cancel their reservation at least 3 hours before the reserved time to be exempt from the fee.

b. Cancellations must be made by phone or email and confirmed by the restaurant to be valid.

3. Payment Policy:

a. The restaurant reserves the right to take legal action to collect any outstanding fees if they are not paid on time.

4. Consent:

By making a reservation at the Restaurant, the Customer expressly agrees to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledges that failure to show up for a reservation or late cancellation may result in a no-show fee in accordance with these Terms.

5. Applicable Law:

a. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country of Austria.

By completing a reservation at the Restaurant, the Customer confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
