About Us

We combine the best of different worlds and stand for internationality. Kias comes from the Brazilian capital Brasilia, Alex is half Greek from Crete, his father is from Vienna. Together they founded Kias Kitchen.

Kias Kitchen is a feel-good place for exchanging ideas with friends and family, for culinary trips and for creative gastronomy with regional, high-quality ingredients. The restaurant was designed, created and furnished by Kias and Alex together with great attention to detail. Every tiny detail reflects their passion for the project.

The Kias Kitchen team welcomes you in a cozy atmosphere where you immediately feel welcome and are served in a friendly manner. Food and drinks are served in the two guest rooms. Put together a tasty menu from the varied menu or be surprised by the taste-balanced and visually sophisticated set menu. Get to know modern Brazilian cuisine better and enjoy the many variations of dishes from the many regions of this beautiful country.

Our products are carefully selected by us personally. We want to work with producers for whom quality is their top priority.

the Restaurant:

The heart of Kias Kitchen is the restaurant area. Here food and drinks are served at the tables. Put together a tasteful meal from the varied menu. Get to know our cuisine better and what we serve.

The coffee is made from beans that come from Brazil and are roasted in Vienna. After the meal or just in between meals, a dessert that is freshly prepared every day goes well with it. The homemade cakes and tarts will make the heart of any sweet tooth beat faster.

The menu is further enhanced in its speciality with wine from Greece - some from the island of Crete, Alex's second home. The Kias Kitchen team wishes you a pleasant stay.

   In einem Satz: Ich bin begeistert!
In Kias Kitchen hatte ich die beste Restaurant-Erfahrung seit Langem.
Das Essen war himmlisch, der Service großartig und die Atmosphäre total heimelig und angenehm.
Jeder Gang des Menüs war 5 Sterne wert. Das Maniok-Püree zum gegrillten Tafelspitz war mein absolutes Highlight. Und das Schoko-Mousse hat sogar mich als Dessert-Verweigerin eines Besseren belehrt.

   A cute place with friendly staff (and chef!) and interesting food options. My main points for 3 instead of 4 stars is:

* slow and distracted service that didn’t manage to remember the few requests we had, very friendly however!

* very small number of main dishes. We got the most expensive item on the menu and my friend who got only a tapas (for almost one third of the price) had almost the same amount of meat and only less sides so honestly the price tag of the main corse was not really understandable..!

Salad was not so big but very delicious. I do recommend trying this place out but not sure I would go back there myself again.

opening hours

BOOKING TIMES

So that as many guests as possible can spend a nice evening with us, we are happy to reserve a table for 2 hours. If you make a reservation after 7:30 p.m., you can also stay longer.

The latest reservation possible is 8:30 p.m. We accept reservations via "Zenchef", "Quandoo", "the Fork", by email or by phone. Reservations by email or phone are only valid if we confirm them. For short-term reservations (for the same evening), a short phone call is best. We look forward to your visit.
